These terms apply when you use urjora.com or buy any Urjora edition. By placing an order you accept them.
1. What we sell
Urjora sells finished, printable PDF editions. Nothing is shipped; there is no physical product, no app, no account and no subscription. The current catalogue is:

Ollie the Owl’s Forest Adventure, the Animal & Nature Pose Guide and the Colouring Corner are also included inside the Kids Yoga Family Edition. We say so plainly on the shop page — buying the Family Edition and then buying the singles would mean paying twice for the same pages.
Prices shown are one-time. Which currency you see is decided automatically from your browser’s time zone and language. Prices may change at any time; the price shown at the moment you pay is the price that applies to your order.
2. Your licence
When your payment completes you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files you bought. Under that licence you may:
- download the PDF and keep it permanently;
- print it as many times as you like, for yourself and the people in your household;
- fill it in on screen and print the filled copies.
You may not:
- resell, sub-licence, rent or give away the file or any page of it;
- upload it to a file-sharing site, group, drive or cloud folder others can reach;
- use it in a paid class, studio, clinic, school or business without written permission from us — write to us and we will discuss a licence;
- alter the pages and present them as your own work, or remove our name from them.
Every page is original work — written, illustrated and typeset by us — and remains our copyright.
3. Delivery
Delivery is automatic and immediate. Once payment is confirmed you get a download button on the confirmation page, and a download link by email. The link stays valid for 14 days and allows 8 downloads of each file. Please save the PDF to your device inside that window. If the link expires or fails, email us and we will issue a new one at no charge.
4. Payment
Payments in India are processed by Razorpay. Payments elsewhere are processed by PayPal, or by card through Razorpay. We do not store or see your card details. You agree to give accurate billing information, and we may refuse or cancel an order where we detect fraud or a chargeback dispute.
5. Refunds
Set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Health disclaimer
Our editions are general wellness and educational material. They are not medical advice, physiotherapy, or a substitute for guidance from a doctor or qualified instructor. This matters especially for the Chair Yoga edition, which is often used by people recovering from illness, surgery or a fall. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have any doubt about whether a movement is safe for you, ask your doctor before you begin. Stop any movement that hurts. You practise at your own risk.
7. Children’s editions
The kids editions are written for ages 4 to 9 and assume an adult is present. Supervise your child throughout, clear the space around them, and let them skip anything they don’t want to do.
8. Availability and liability
We try to keep the site and download system running at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service. If something breaks, our responsibility is limited to delivering the file you paid for or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the seller’s registered place of business have jurisdiction.
