Privacy Policy

Urjora (“we”, “us”) sells printable wellness PDFs at urjora.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We keep it short because there isn’t much to say — we sell files, not data.

1. What we collect

Your email address — when you buy an edition, or when you request the free sample. This is the only thing we need, because it is how your download reaches you.
Your name and billing country — only if the payment provider passes them to us with the order.
Order details — which edition you bought, the amount, the currency, the payment reference, and the time of purchase.
Basic technical logs — IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept so we can spot abuse and fix errors.

We never see your card. Card numbers, UPI details, net-banking credentials and PayPal logins are entered on Razorpay’s or PayPal’s own systems and never touch our server. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded.

2. Why we use it

To deliver the PDF you paid for, and to re-send the link if it expires or fails.
To answer your support emails.
To send the free sample, if you asked for it.
To keep records of sales as required for tax and accounting.

We do not sell, rent or trade your email address to anyone. We do not send marketing email unless you asked for the free sample, and every such email carries an unsubscribe link.

3. Who else handles your data

Razorpay and PayPal — payment processing.
Hostinger — hosting and email delivery for our site.
Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — if you reached us from an advertisement, a Meta cookie records that you visited and whether you started a checkout, so we can measure whether the advertisement worked. It records the edition and the amount, never your name or email.

Each of these companies handles your data under its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies of its own. Cookies you may receive come from the payment provider during checkout, and from the Meta Pixel described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; checkout may not work correctly if you block the payment provider’s cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Download tokens expire automatically 14 days after purchase. Free-sample subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can email support@urjora.com and ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), those rights are additionally guaranteed by law, along with the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. We answer these requests within 30 days and we do not charge for them.

Deleting your order record also removes our ability to re-issue your download link, so please save your PDF first.

7. Children

Some of our editions are written for children, but they are bought by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their email address, write to us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be noted on the homepage.
