Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. We'd rather you try the bundle risk-free within the guarantee window than assume you're stuck with it.
If you experience any technical bugs, a broken link, or an expired download link preventing you from accessing your file, contact support@urjora.com with your payment confirmation. We will manually reissue your download link — this is separate from, and does not use up, your 7-Day Guarantee.
