Cancellation & Refund Policy

Every Urjora edition is a digital file delivered the moment you pay. This page explains exactly when you can get your money back, and what to do first if something simply isn’t working.
1. How delivery works
As soon as payment is confirmed you get two things: a download button on the confirmation page, and a download link by email. The link is valid for 14 days and allows 8 downloads of each file. Save the PDF to your device inside that window — once it is saved, it is yours permanently and you can print it as often as you like.
2. Seven-day money-back guarantee
If an edition isn’t right for you, email support@urjora.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full, to the same payment method. You don’t have to give a reason.
Include the email address you paid with, and the date. Refunds are approved within 2 business days and the money usually reaches your account 5 to 7 business days after that, depending on your bank or card issuer.
When a refund is issued, your licence to the file ends and you should delete any copies you have downloaded or printed.
3. Broken link, expired link, wrong file
Don’t ask for a refund for this — just write to us. If your link expired, your download ran out, the email never arrived, or the wrong edition was delivered, email support@urjora.com with your payment confirmation and we will re-issue the correct file. There is no time limit on this and it does not use up your 7-day guarantee.
Check your spam or promotions folder first — that is where a missing email usually is.
4. After the seven days
Requests made more than 7 days after purchase are considered case by case and are not guaranteed. Because the files are delivered instantly and can be kept permanently, we can’t offer an open-ended return window. We would much rather you tried the edition properly inside the guarantee period.
5. Duplicate and overlapping purchases
If you bought one of the kids singles and then bought the Kids Yoga Family Edition (which already contains all three singles), or you bought an edition twice by mistake, tell us and we will refund the overlap in full — even after 7 days. We don’t want to be paid twice for the same pages.
6. Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no account that renews. You pay once, you download, that is the end of it.
